Welcome to Sisters Feed & Supply. We specialize in a wide range of pet supplies. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to all the following terms regarding returns and exchanges.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
The timeframe is based on the delivery date shown in the logistics tracking information. You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any requests made after this 30-day period.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, style preference, or ordering the wrong item) within the 30-day window, the following conditions must be met:
1. The pet product must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged; free from pet hair, stains, bite marks, or odors;
2. Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary gifts included with the order must be complete and intact;
3. No signs of man-made damage, unauthorized disassembly, or chewing by pets; the item must remain in a condition suitable for resale;
Quality Issues / Incorrect or Missing Items
If, within 30 days of receipt, the product exhibits manufacturing defects, damage incurred during shipping, or if the store shipped the wrong item or missed an item/specification, we support free returns, exchanges, or replacements. The store will cover all associated shipping costs.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to health and safety regulations for humans and animals, items that have been soiled by pets, show obvious signs of chewing, have been damaged by washing, or have sustained man-made damage are not eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day period.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
Returns/Exchanges due to personal reasons: The buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs; the original shipping fee paid at the time of the order is non-refundable;
Merchant Responsibility: The store covers all logistics shipping costs and can assist in providing a return shipping label;
Packages sent with "Freight Collect" (payment due upon delivery) will be refused; the warehouse reserves the right to reject such packages, and the sender shall bear any resulting losses.
Return and Exchange Process
1. Contact customer service via email within 30 days, providing the order number and details of your request;
2. Customer service will review the request within 1–2 business days and provide the official return address;
3. The buyer ships the item(s) to the provided address and retains the shipping receipt/tracking information;
4. The warehouse receives and inspects the goods; verification is completed within 3–7 business days;
5. Upon successful verification, the refund is processed to the original payment method or the exchange item is shipped within 5–10 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment account used for the order;
Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in bank accounts or third-party payment channels, subject to financial institution processing times;
If accessories or free gifts are missing, the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund amount; requests will be rejected if the returned items fail inspection.
