Pricing and Payment

Shipping Policy
All order processing and shipping services shall be implemented in accordance with our official Shipping Policy. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (Pacific Time / PT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, and actual delivery time may be affected by destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We provide free shipping for all orders and only ship to addresses within the United States. We mainly use UPS as our shipping partner and will send tracking information via email after shipment.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Unshipped cancelled orders will receive a full refund via the original payment method; shipped orders cannot be cancelled and shall be handled in accordance with the return and refund policy.
Refund and Return Policy
All return, exchange, and refund behaviors of purchased products are subject to our official Refunds & Returns Policy. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods for damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered products, or unused products in original condition.
All returned products must be unused, complete with original packaging and accessories, and free of artificial damage. We will bear the shipping cost for quality problems and our delivery errors; customers shall bear the shipping cost for personal reasons such as dislike and wrong purchase.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account, which usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. The specific arrival time depends on the processing rules of your issuing bank.
