Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cut-off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM(UTC-7).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM(UTC-7) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once an order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is: 3–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to the following locations: United States only.

Shipping Partners

We primarily ship via UPS. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped.

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund (credited to the original payment method). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please follow our "Refunds & Returns Policy" after receiving the items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the shipment status on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
